Karate Tampa: USA Goju Federation
Karate classes are held in Tampa on Thursdays and Saturdays. Syllabus is a mixture of self defense, kata, and sparring, with an emphasis on long term health and fitness. Instructor Liam Irish is a member of the USA Goju Federation, Hall #25-66, and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
